This page explains how our shipping process works, what you’re paying for, and what you can expect — especially regarding VAT, customs, and delivery timelines.

Our gloves and strength kits are now in stock and ready to be shipped directly from Lisbon, Portugal.

🚚 Fulfillment & Delivery Timeline

• Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days
• Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email
• Total Delivery times vary by region:
  - Portugal & Spain: 1–3 business days
  - Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
  - USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 5–12 business days

📦 For remote or isolated areas, an additional €22 courier fee may apply. You’ll be informed before dispatch if this applies to your address.

🌍 Shipping Overview

• All orders are shipped from Lisbon, Portugal using tracked and reliable couriers.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your country.
• Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) is used for non-EU destinations when at least a pair of gloves is ordered — meaning no surprise customs or import fees on arrival.
• You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

🇪🇺 European Union Customers

Your purchase includes Portuguese VAT (23%).
We also heavily subsidize shipping within the EU to keep your final price as fair as possible.

• Shipping fees vary slightly by country, based on courier rates for volumetric weight.
• You will not owe any additional customs, VAT, or duties at delivery.

🌐 Non-EU Customers (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)

For Christian Boxing Golves:

We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for all non-EU customers.
That means:

• We cover import taxes, customs duties, and border clearance fees.
• You won’t pay anything extra when your parcel arrive.
• Shipping is partially subsidized by us, to reduce your cost.

📦 Flat-rate shipping applies at checkout. You’ll see exactly what you’ll pay, with no hidden fees later.

For Compression shirts and Performance Shorts:

These products ship under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms for all non-EU customers.
That means:

• Depending on your country’s import policy, you may be charged VAT or import duties upon delivery.
• These fees are not always applied, and vary depending on local customs regulations.
• Shipping fees shown at checkout cover the delivery itself, but do not include any possible customs charges.

📦 You’ll still receive tracked shipping, and we work with reliable couriers to ensure safe delivery.

💡 Most customers receive their package without issues, but we recommend checking your local import rules just in case.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused gloves in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
• Shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable once an item has shipped.
