📦 Shipping, VAT & Import Tax Policy

We’re excited to deliver our Christian boxing gloves to fighters around the world. Because this is a limited pre-order launch, and because we believe in full transparency, this page explains how our shipping process works, what you’re paying for, and what you can expect — especially regarding VAT and customs.

🚨 Pre-Order Fulfillment Timeline

This product is part of a limited Founders Launch and sold on a pre-order basis.

• Production begins once we reach 50 pre-orders
• Manufacturing and delivery to our Lisbon facility may take up to 30 days
• Orders will then be packed and shipped with tracking
• We will update you at each stage:

Estimated delivery window: Early October 2025, depending on the date we reach 50 orders.

🌍 Shipping Overview

All orders are shipped from Lisbon, Portugal using tracked shipping methods.
We ship to Europe, North America, Australia, and most international destinations.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on your country;
• You’ll receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched;
• All orders outside the EU are shipped with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — no surprise customs or import fees.

🇪🇺 European Union Customers

• Your €89.98 glove purchase includes VAT (23%).
• Even though VAT is already included, we also subsidize EU shipping hevily.
• Shipping rates vary slightly by country and are based on courier fees for 3kg (volumetric weight) tracked packages.
• You will not owe any additional fees on delivery.

🌐 Non-EU Customers (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)

We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for all non-EU orders:

• That means we cover import taxes and customs duties.
• You will not pay anything extra upon delivery.
• Shipping costs vary by country and are partially subsidized by us.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused gloves in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
• Shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable once shipped.

As a small independent brand offering a high-quality niche product, we work hard to:

• Offer fair and transparent shipping rates;
• Absorb customs duties for non-EU buyers;
• Cover platform fees, packaging, and fulfillment while maintaining quality.

We're not a mass-market company. Every cent supports our mission to spread the message of faith through combat sports.

**for remote/isolated areas, an extra 22 euros fee will be applied. You will be informed if this applies on the shipping label creation day.**
